May 14 - The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) has taken delivery of its new 26,000 dwt general cargo vessel, Bahri Hofuf.
South Korea's Hyundai MIPO shipyard built the vessel. It is the second ship delivered by the Hyundai MIPO yard from a SAR1,543 million (USD411.5 million), six-ship contract agreed in 2011.
The four remaining general cargo vessels are scheduled for delivery during 2013 and the first half of 2014.
