May 4 - Turkish logistics supplier Balnak has opened a second international office in North Africa.
The company has established an office in Tripoli, Libya following an earlier expansion to Egypt. Balnak intends to develop Turkish-Libyan traffic as well as third-party logistics deliveries to Libya.
The targets for Balnak's expansion are those Turkish companies involved in Libyan trade, which is worth billions of dollars annually, that require a "reliable business partner in Libya," says Umut Hasan Demirkol, Balnak ocean freight and project manager.
Balnak will provide international project cargo, port handling, Customs clearance and inland transportation in Libya.
