C.H. Robinson delivers

C.H. Robinson has delivered cargo for one of Australia’s largest oil and gas producers in less than 24 hours. 

C.H. Robinson chartered an AN-124 to fly the 28-tonne unit from Glasgow’s Prestwick Airport to Perth International Airport. The flight was completed in 21 hours and 2 minutes and included fuel stops at Turkmenbashi, Turkmenistan and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Andrew Coldrey, vice president, Oceania at C.H. Robinson, said: “This challenge was significant, and we were pleased to be able to offer heavy lift coverage to our clients. The success of the Antonov delivery was down to the hard work and expertise of our team.
