September 28 - Effective October 1, Klaus Rud Sejling, current head of East West Trades in Maersk Line, will become ceo of Damco.
Current Damco ceo, Hanne B. Sørensen, who took the position in January 2014, has decided to leave the Maersk Group.
Sejling joined Maersk in 1997 and has worked in various roles in Maersk Tankers, Maersk Line and Maersk Logistics. He has also been head of group strategy.
