July 4 - Effective September 2012, Ronald Paul will succeed Thessa Menssen as chief operating officer of Infrastructure and Maritime Affairs at the Port of Rotterdam Authority, writes Sylvana Vilca-Melendez.
Paul first moved to the authority in 1985 working on infrastructure projects. He then became responsible for land allocation, real estate, contract management and policy on sea harbour dues. Ronald Paul has spent the last eight years directing the Project Organisation Maasvlakte 2.
