October 1 - Effective today, the responsibility of Nurminen Logistics Heavy's operations has been transferred to Ville Silvasti.
Having concluded an agreement to sell its specialised transport subsidiary to Ville Silvasti in September, the share transaction has now been validated.
Nurminen Logistics says that the arrangement will strengthen its financial structure, clarify the company's service offering and provide even better opportunities for developing core business operations.
The company added that the transaction has no significant impact on its result in 2015 or on the group's consolidated balance sheet.
