PCN zooms into the Czech Republic

August 12 - ZOOM cargo has become the first Project Cargo Network (PCN) member in the Czech Republic.

ZOOM is a privately owned freight forwarding and transport company operating in the Czech Republic since 1997. It provides the full range of transport services and tailor made logistic solutions for all kinds of shipments in air, sea and land transportation.

Managing director, Pavel Rusnak said on joining PCN: "As our aim is to provide complex services to our client together with standard transport services we tailor solutions for industrial projects and OOG Cargo. We look forward to cooperating on a worldwide basis with our new PCN partners who we know will offer similar local services."

June 5 - A fire broke out aboard Höegh Autoliners’ ro-ro vessel Höegh Xiamen yesterday (June 4) at Blount Island, Jacksonville, USA; there are no injuries to any of the 21 crew members, who have all been evacuated from the vessel.
