Seattle, USA-based SeaTac Marine Services has added the SeaTac Atlas barge to its fleet.
Built in Orange, Texas, it is currently the largest barge in the company’s fleet and can carry up to 11,000 tons (9,979 tonnes).
“We are thrilled to put the SeaTac Atlas into service, making regular runs between Alaska and Seattle,” said SeaTac Marine Services. “Not only will this barge increase our cargo capability but potentially our speed.”
