Threesome for PCN in Spain

July 14 - Marmedsa Proyectos (part of the Marmedsa Group of Companies) is the third and final representative of the Project Cargo Network (PCN) in Spain.

Marmedsa Proyectos began business in 2003 and has established itself in the Spanish Market, and brings significant expertise of the project cargo market to PCN.

The company offers extensive services in the freight and projects industry including ships agency, chartering, stevedoring, warehousing and all freight forwarding services.

On joining PCN, technical director, Jorge Vicente de Vera said: "By joining PCN, we would like to reinforce our global presence, as well as achieve and develop business opportunities in project cargo, and share knowledge, information and capabilities with other members of the network. We consider PCN as a young network with good growth expectations and a large number of qualified project cargo companies."

A recent project saw Marmedsa involved in the movement of pipes for the Castor Underground Gas Storage Development Project, as pictured below.
