October 3 - Spain-headquartered Vasco Gallega Group (VGG) has rebranded itself Kaleido, Ideas and Logistics, in response to the changes the company has experienced in recent years, it says.

Kaleido was founded in 1974 under the name of Vasco Gallega Consignaciones (VGC) as a ships agency in the port of Vigo.

Since then, it says rapid expansion has seen it become one of the tenth largest wind energy logistics operators in the world; with offices across four continents, working with more than 50 agencies worldwide.

"In recent years we've had a fast growth and we needed a brand to accompany our development and convey our view about the future," said Xoan Martinez Reboredo, ceo of Kaleido.
