RMS Projects has strengthened its foothold in the Asia-Pacific region, having nominated MST Projects as its commercial agent for China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
MST Projects is managed by Steven Ou, who spent approximately 16 years with SAL Heavy Lift. MST Projects will cover the local cargo and tonnage markets on behalf of RMS Projects.
RMS Projects has also agreed to cooperate further with Hass Logistics Ghana (HGL). RMS Projects is the representative and commercial agent for HLG in Europe, and this has now been extended to China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. MST Projects, as sub-agent, will cover this work.
The deals came into effect on June 1, 2021.
HLPFI reported in April that Rhenus Maritime Services had taken over Arkon Shipping’s shares in Arkon Shipping & Projects. As a result of the deal, Arkon Shipping & Projects was rebranded as RMS Projects.
